Leads come from the Lead database or your list, Victoria sets up the campaign with you in a chat, and every message is written for one person. When someone replies, the AI Appointment Setter answers and follows up until the meeting is booked.

### How does an AI SDR personalize each message?

Victoria AI SDR fills AI Personalization fields at send time, from the prospect's company website, LinkedIn profile and recent posts. You name a field, say what should go in it, and pick its sources. When the message sends, AI SDR reads those sources and every column on the lead, and fills the field for that prospect. It is told never to invent a fact. If the facts are thin, it uses your fallback; with no fallback it writes a plain line from name, title, and company; if even that fails, it holds the lead instead of sending a gap.

### What does the AI Appointment Setter do when a prospect replies?

The AI Appointment Setter in Victoria AI SDR reads the reply, answers it, and sends your booking link. If the prospect goes quiet it follows up 5 times, on days 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, until they book or say no. Pricing, legal, or a request for a person goes to you. It runs on its own, or in notify-only mode, where it emails you a brief and never messages the prospect.

### How does the free trial work?

Every Victoria AI SDR plan starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is required, and nothing is charged today. During the trial you get 1 LinkedIn seat, 1 mailbox, 250 leads, 400 credits, and up to 100 found emails from the Lead database. The trial ends early once you reach 200 sends or 20 AI Appointment Setter conversations, and billing starts then. At day 30, you're charged only if you've connected a sender. If you haven't, nothing is charged. After the trial, plans start at $99 a month.

### How do credits work?

Credits pay for the AI work: AI Personalization fields, AI Appointment Setter conversations, and finding leads and work emails in the Lead database. Talking to Victoria is free; only its actions spend credits. One credit is 1,000 tokens. A personalized lead costs about 3 credits, an AI Appointment Setter conversation about 1.5, a Lead database search result about 0.8, and a found work email 3.3, charged only when one is found. Workspace includes 1,500 credits a month and Agency 6,000. Each added LinkedIn seat brings 500 more and each mailbox 150. Unused credits roll over one cycle, up to 2× your monthly credits. Setup milestones add 500 credits in bonuses, once each: a completed profile, leads added, a sequence built, a connected sender, the Appointment Setter switched on, an activated campaign (150 with the launch bonus), and a first reply. If you need more, packs cost $25 per 1,000 credits, with no plan change.

### Does AI outreach get flagged as spam on LinkedIn or email?

Victoria AI SDR keeps every sender inside fixed caps: 20 LinkedIn invites and messages a day per account, 30 emails a day per campaign, and 500 a week per mailbox. New senders ramp up over 14 days. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are checked before a campaign can start and again every day. And every message is written for one person, not sent as a blast. There is no mailbox warming feature; the ramp and the caps are the protection.
