Affiliate Program Terms & Agreement

The Victoria AI Affiliate Program (“Program”) is offered by Victoria AI LLC (“Victoria AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for, being approved for, and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”).
Participation in the Program is subject to approval. If you do not agree to these terms, do not participate in the Program.
To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through the designated Victoria AI affiliate portal or form. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.
We may review your participation at any time. We may rescind approval or terminate access if your brand, content, or promotional practices conflict with our standards or violate these terms.
Affiliates earn a 20% commission on system subscription payments generated from customers they refer.

Affiliates earn commissions for up to 12 months from each customer’s sign-up date.
If a referred customer’s payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise not successfully processed, the related commission is void.
We may claw back previously-paid commissions related to refunded or disputed charges.
All payouts are made via PayPal. You must provide accurate payout information to receive commissions.
Victoria AI may set minimum payout thresholds within the affiliate dashboard. No payouts will be issued until such thresholds are met.

Commissions may be held temporarily to prevent fraud or abuse.
Victoria AI uses a cookie (or similar tracking mechanism) to track referrals. The standard cookie window is 60 days, unless otherwise stated in the affiliate portal.
We use first-click attribution for commission credit. If another affiliate link or partner link is clicked after yours, the first valid click still receives attribution.
You may NOT use your affiliate link to receive commissions on your own purchases or purchases made by your organization or employees.
Affiliates must accurately represent Victoria AI's systems and may not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims.

Use of our logos, images, or legal trademarks requires explicit written consent from the Victoria AI team. Please reach out via the email in the contact section below to submit your request for co-branding rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link”).
Victoria AI may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.

Victoria AI may update, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
Victoria AI is not responsible for:
Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks related to your promotional activity.
Being an Affiliate does not create:
You are an independent contractor responsible for your taxes and compliance obligations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Florida.
