Over the past year, most of the stalled outbound programs we saw had the same story. Teams didn't fail at sending. They failed before they ever sent: they signed up, saw a blank campaign builder, and put off setting it up properly until the trial was over.

Victoria v3 is built around that problem. The goal is to get from sign-up to a live campaign in one sitting, without learning the software first. It also puts Victoria inside Claude and ChatGPT, adds a built-in lead database, and comes with new pricing and a 30-day free trial.

Set up by conversation

When you start, the AI Sales Copilot opens a conversation instead of a wizard. It asks a few questions about your business, your buyers and your offer, with recommended answers you can accept or change. Then it builds as it goes: the campaign, the multi-step LinkedIn and email sequence, the AI Personalization fields that tailor each message to the lead, and the sender assignment.

Nothing sends while it builds. At the end you get one review: who you're targeting, what each step says, which senders it uses, and a readiness check. Approve it and the campaign goes live. If you'd rather not launch yet, it's saved as a draft.

An optional step switches on the AI Appointment Setter, and each setup milestone earns bonus credits along the way, up to 500 by your first reply.

Run Victoria from Claude or ChatGPT

Victoria now works inside the AI you already use. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code to your workspace with a normal sign-in (no API key to copy) and ask in plain language:

  • "Why isn't my Q4 campaign sending?"
  • "Find 200 VPs of Sales at software companies in the US and add them to a new campaign."
  • "Which of my campaigns got replies this week?"

Your assistant gets 42 tools, from finding leads and writing sequences to running the readiness check and activating a campaign. Anything that changes your account asks you to confirm first, and you can connect read-only if you just want answers. A few things stay in the app: a connected assistant can't read your Inbox, send or reply to a message, connect a sender or upload a CSV.

To connect Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the server address shown in Victoria's Settings. In ChatGPT it's Settings → Connectors → Create, with developer mode on. The Connect your AI page has the address and each step. For the rest of your stack there's a public REST API, documented at docs.versionseven.ai.

The AI Sales Copilot, across the app

The assistant that sets you up stays with you. It now has its own page with your conversation history, and an Ask Copilot button on your campaigns, the Dashboard, the Inbox and your sender accounts opens it with a relevant question ready to send.

Ask it why a campaign isn't sending, which campaign to fix first, to summarize a thread or suggest a reply (it never sends one), or to build your next campaign. Talking to it costs no credits. Only actions that do paid work, like finding leads, spend them, and every change waits on an approval card that shows the cost first. Once a week the Copilot also reviews each active campaign and proposes a change for you to approve, edit or ignore. The review is paid from your credits, and you can switch it off in Settings.

Leads built in

v3 includes a B2B Lead database. Search by job title, seniority, location, industry, company and company size, then add the results straight to a campaign. Searches and found emails are paid in credits, and you're charged for an email only when a verified one is found. Prefer your own list? Upload a CSV at no credit cost, and every column becomes a variable you can use in your messages.

The AI Appointment Setter books the meeting

When a prospect replies, the AI Appointment Setter answers in your voice and shares your booking link, after a 10-minute delay so it reads like a person wrote it. If they go quiet, it follows up on a schedule: five follow-ups by default, each with a specific job, and never a "just checking in". It closes the conversation politely on a no, and hands it to you when it needs a person, such as when a prospect raises pricing, legal, contracts, security or a complaint.

With Calendly connected, each booking is matched to its conversation and moves the prospect's deal to your booked stage in the Simple CRM. Your dashboard shows replies, positive replies and meetings by campaign.

Guardrails by default

Every new sender ramps up over 14 days before it reaches its full caps: 20 LinkedIn invites and messages a day per account, 30 emails a day per campaign, and 500 emails a week per mailbox. Victoria checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC before a campaign can start and again every day, and a failed check blocks the launch until the record is fixed. It watches sender health and honors a Do Not Contact list across every campaign and both channels. There's no mailbox warm-up: the ramp and the caps are the protection.

Teams and workspaces

Invite your team with roles that match how outbound actually runs: members run campaigns, leads, the Inbox and the CRM, and admins also handle billing, the team and API keys. If you run outbound for several companies, you can switch between workspaces from one login, each with its own billing, senders and campaigns.

New pricing

Two monthly plans, with no annual contract:

  • Workspace, $99/month: 1 LinkedIn seat, 3 mailboxes, unlimited users and 1,500 credits a month.
  • Agency, $999/month: 10 LinkedIn seats, 20 mailboxes and 6,000 credits a month.

On either plan you can add LinkedIn seats at $59/month and mailboxes at $12/month, and each brings its own credits. Every plan includes the AI Sales Copilot, the AI Appointment Setter, the Simple CRM, the Unified Inbox, the API and Connect your AI.

Already a customer?

Nothing changes until your next renewal. We'll email you the details before then.

The free trial

Every new workspace gets 30 days free on the Workspace plan: 1 LinkedIn seat, 1 mailbox, up to 250 leads and 400 credits. A card is required, but nothing is charged when you start. At the end you're charged only if you connected a sender. If you never connected one, the trial ends with no charge.

The trial ends early, and billing starts, at 200 sends or 20 Appointment Setter conversations, whichever comes first. Want more senders sooner? Start the paid plan any time from Billing.

Victoria v3 is live now, in the app and in Claude or ChatGPT. If you've put off outbound because setting it up felt like a project, this release is for you.

Frequently asked questions

What is Victoria AI SDR?

Victoria AI SDR runs LinkedIn and email outbound for you. It finds your leads, writes and personalizes your sequences, and sends from your own LinkedIn account and your Gmail or Outlook mailboxes. One sequence can mix both channels and branch when a connection request is accepted. The AI Appointment Setter answers replies until the prospect books a meeting.

Can I skip the guided setup and build campaigns myself?

Yes. You can skip it at any point and come back later, or build campaigns by hand in Campaigns. The guided setup and the manual builder produce the same kind of campaign, and both run the readiness check before anything goes live.

Does the Copilot change anything without asking?

No. Every change appears on an approval card first, showing what will change and what it costs. The one exception is guided setup: there it builds the draft campaign without stopping at each step, because nothing sends until you approve the launch.

Can I approve every reply before it sends?

There's no draft-for-approval mode. If you want to answer every reply yourself, switch the AI Appointment Setter to notify-only: it emails you a brief on each reply and you respond from the Inbox. In autonomous mode it answers on its own and hands the conversation to you when it needs a person.

What do credits pay for?

The AI work: about 3 credits to personalize a lead, 1.5 per Appointment Setter conversation, 0.8 per lead search result and 3.3 per email found. Your plan grants credits every month, and unused credits roll over for one cycle, up to twice your monthly grant. If you run out, a pack of 1,000 credits costs $25, or you can turn on auto-recharge.

What if I cancel during the trial?

The trial ends immediately and you aren't charged. If a trial ends without a connected sender, campaigns pause and the workspace closes. To come back, subscribe to Workspace from the app. That's a paid checkout, because each workspace gets one trial.
