Every fact on a company links to the page it came from, so you can check the evidence before you reach out. Contact the strongest while they're active, or send the list through Victoria AI SDR.

A segment is your market, described once, and Pulse keeps adding the companies that match. You set the criteria (industry, size, tools, pricing model, hiring, or any attribute on the record), and with auto-fill on, new matches are added overnight. A list is a fixed set of companies you pick from a segment or a search. Before you create a watch, Pulse tests it against past data to show how often it would have alerted.

In Pulse, a buying signal tells you a company has a reason to hear from you now, like a jump in hiring or new positioning. Pulse scores its strength from 0 to 1 for how well the evidence matches; use it to rank signals, not to predict a deal. Each signal has a start date and an end date, and you decide which signals matter.

A tracked company is one Pulse keeps up to date for you. Pulse crawls it at your plan's cadence and a model reads it, so its record shows what it sells, who it sells to, and suggested messaging, plus history, signals, and alerts. Your plan sets how many you track at one time; it is not a monthly allowance. Remove a company and its slot opens the same night.

Pulse looks up contacts when you export, through your own enrichment provider: connect its API key, and the provider bills you directly. Pulse stores company records only and never charges for a contact. Each export keeps its contact columns for 30 days so you can download it again.
