Build one sequence in Victoria AI SDR that mixes view profile, connection request, LinkedIn message and email steps, and it sends from your connected LinkedIn account and mailboxes inside the daily caps. Each reply, on either channel, arrives in the Unified Inbox in one thread per person, and the AI Appointment Setter can answer it. When you reply yourself, the composer takes email attachments up to 25 MB.

Gmail, Outlook, and your own LinkedIn seat. You sign in to Gmail or Outlook through a hosted login inside Victoria AI SDR; IMAP mailboxes are not supported yet. A teammate connects their own mailbox or LinkedIn account from an invite link.

Victoria AI SDR holds every sender to fixed caps. After the ramp, each LinkedIn account sends up to 20 invites and messages a day, 100 invites a week, and 200 messages a week. Each campaign sends up to 30 emails a day, and each mailbox up to 500 a week. The caps are fixed; to send more, add mailboxes or LinkedIn seats.

No, AI SDR has no mailbox warming. Instead, Victoria ramps each new sender over 14 days: LinkedIn goes 5 → 10 → 15 → 20 a day and email goes 5 → 10 → 20 → full a day, then the daily and weekly caps apply. A LinkedIn restriction halves that account's caps for 7 days.

Yes. When you connect a mailbox, Victoria checks the three DNS records on its domain and shows a pass or fail for each. A failed check blocks campaign activation until the record is fixed. The check runs again every day, so a record that breaks later is caught.

Yes. Every connected sender and campaign in the workspace arrives in the same Unified Inbox. You see your own campaigns and senders by default, and the Whole team filter shows everyone's. Any teammate can take over a thread, hand it back, mark a meeting booked, or close it; there is no per-thread assignment yet.

No. The AI Appointment Setter answers replies itself in autonomous mode, or emails you a brief in notify-only mode and sends nothing. Take over pauses the AI on a thread so you write the next message. There are no AI drafts in the composer, no snooze, and no labels.

An unsubscribe, or a reply that clearly asks to stop, ends that person's sequence and adds them to your organization's do-not-contact list. The list covers every campaign on both channels, so no other campaign contacts them.
