Booked meetings

A booked meeting moves the deal

When a prospect books through Calendly or a rep marks the meeting booked, Victoria moves their deal to your booked stage. A booking never creates a deal.

FAQ

Questions about the CRM

What it costs, what moves on its own, and how it connects to the CRM you already have.

Yes. The Simple CRM is included with every Victoria AI SDR plan at no extra cost, and is on from day 1 of the 30-day trial. It is not sold on its own, so your deals sit next to the campaigns that found them.

Open the deal in the Simple CRM: Victoria AI SDR records the campaign that last reached the lead on every new deal. Value, probability, close date, owner and notes sit beside it, and a booked meeting moves the deal to your booked stage, so you can see what each campaign produced.

No. You, the AI Sales Copilot, a connected assistant or the API creates the deal. From there Victoria records the campaign that last reached the lead, and moves the deal when a meeting is booked (to a stage named Meeting Booked, Booked or Closed Won). To turn positive replies into deals, filter them in the Unified Inbox and ask the Copilot.

Yes, through the API. There is no native HubSpot or Salesforce sync. The prospect_response webhook fires when a prospect replies, and the API reads and writes deals, pipelines and leads. The reference is on the docs site.

Yes. A new workspace starts with 6 stages: New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Closed Won, Closed Lost. You can rename, add or remove them, and create more pipelines, each with its own stages. For booked meetings to move deals for you, keep one stage named Meeting Booked, Booked or Closed Won.

Every deal has an owner. The board has 2 views: Mine shows the deals you own, and All shows every deal in the workspace. The owner you set decides whose Mine board a deal appears on.

No. The CRM has deals and leads, and each deal links to one lead. There is no company object, so 2 leads at the same company are 2 leads with 2 deals. If your team works whole accounts, keep that in your own CRM and connect it through the API.

Yes. Your assistant reads pipelines and creates and updates deals, and shows you every write before it runs. Claude and ChatGPT connect to the MCP server at https://api.versionseven.ai/mcp with OAuth; Claude Code and scripts use an API key. It cannot read the inbox or send messages, so it works from what you tell it and from the lead record.
