Branches when they accept

If a prospect accepts the connection request, the next step is a LinkedIn message. If they haven't yet, Victoria emails instead. Both paths stay in one sequence.

A/B tests

Two versions, one winner

Victoria splits traffic between 2 versions of the whole sequence. When one pulls ahead you promote it, or the weekly review proposes it.

On reply

Stops the moment they reply

A reply on either channel ends that person's sequence and hands the conversation to the AI Appointment Setter. Nobody who answered gets another step.

Caps and a ramp for every sender

Victoria holds each sender to a daily and a weekly cap, and ramps a new sender up over 14 days. The caps are fixed; to send more, add senders.

Sender checks

Checks your domain before sending

You connect Gmail or Outlook with a hosted login. Victoria checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, blocks activation on a fail, and checks again every day.

FAQ

Questions about sending

Which steps a sequence can have, how much each account sends, and what happens when someone opts out.

Build one sequence in Victoria AI SDR that mixes view profile, connection request, LinkedIn message and email steps, each on its own day. Victoria sends from your connected LinkedIn account and mailboxes inside the daily caps, branches when a connection request is accepted, and stops that person's sequence the moment they reply. Each reply, on either channel, arrives in the Unified Inbox, and the AI Appointment Setter can answer it.

4: view profile, connection request, LinkedIn message and email. Each step runs on the day you set, and a connection request can carry a personal note. There is no InMail step and no "like a post" step.

The sequence branches. If they have accepted by the next step, Victoria sends a LinkedIn message; if they haven't yet, it emails instead. Both paths are the same sequence, and a reply on either channel ends it for that person.

Yes. Victoria AI SDR splits traffic between 2 whole variations of a sequence, so you compare two complete approaches rather than one step. You promote the winner when one pulls ahead, or the weekly review proposes it for your approval.

Victoria AI SDR holds every sender to fixed caps. After the ramp, each LinkedIn account sends up to 20 invites and messages a day, 100 invites a week, and 200 messages a week. Each campaign sends up to 30 emails a day, and each mailbox up to 500 a week. The caps are fixed; to send more, add mailboxes or LinkedIn seats.

No, AI SDR has no mailbox warming. Instead, Victoria ramps each new sender over 14 days: LinkedIn goes 5 → 10 → 15 → 20 a day and email goes 5 → 10 → 20 → full a day, then the daily and weekly caps apply. A LinkedIn restriction halves that account's caps for 7 days.

Yes. When you connect a mailbox, Victoria checks the three DNS records on its domain and shows a pass or fail for each. A failed check blocks campaign activation until the record is fixed. The check runs again every day, so a record that breaks later is caught.

An unsubscribe, or a reply that clearly asks to stop, ends that person's sequence and adds them to your organization's do-not-contact list. The list covers every campaign on both channels, so no other campaign contacts them.
