Questions about referrals

Who can refer, when credits land, and the limits.

Any member of a Victoria AI SDR workspace that has started its trial or a plan. Each member has their own link, and every credit goes to the workspace.

14 days after the workspace you referred pays its first invoice after the trial. We add $99 to your account and it comes off your next invoice automatically, with nothing to claim. We email the workspace owner when it lands.

250 bonus credits when their trial starts, on top of the credits every trial includes.

Up to 12 credits per workspace in any 12 months. Credits stack, so several referrals can cover several invoices.

Referral program terms

  • A referral counts when someone signs up through your link, creates a new Victoria AI SDR workspace and pays its first invoice after the trial. A first invoice covered entirely by a discount or credit doesn't count; the next charged invoice does.
  • The reward is a $99 account credit on your workspace, added 14 days after that payment and applied to your workspace's future invoices, including add-ons. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, and is lost if the workspace is deleted.
  • The referred workspace must still be a paying customer when the credit is added. A refunded or disputed payment doesn't count.
  • Each workspace can earn up to 12 credits in any 12 months.
  • Referring yourself, a workspace you or a teammate belong to, or someone at your own company doesn't count. Neither does an account that existed more than 30 days before it used your link.
  • Sharing your link shows your first name and your workspace's name to the people who open it. Don't send it as unsolicited bulk email or spam; doing so breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • We may withhold or reverse a credit we believe was earned through abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time. Credits already added stay on your account.
